Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Trident FX website, Telegram bot and community, signals, educational content and any automated trading ("auto-trader") tools (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. The Service may not be available in all countries; you are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you live.

2. What we provide

Trident FX is a trading community that provides forex and market signals, market analysis, educational content, community support, and optional connection to an automated trading tool. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian or financial adviser, and we do not hold or manage your money.

We do not guarantee any profit, income or outcome. Trading is high-risk and you may lose money. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Any figures, examples or signal histories are illustrative only.

5. The auto-trader

If you use the auto-trader, it connects to your own brokerage account and places trades automatically based on our signals and your settings. You are responsible for configuring it, monitoring your account, and the consequences of any trades placed. It may be paused or disconnected by you at any time. We are not liable for losses arising from market movements, technical failures, connectivity issues, slippage or execution by your broker.

6. Free service & broker partnership

The Service is free to join. It is funded through partnerships with broker(s), and Trident FX may receive compensation (for example, as an introducing broker) when you open or fund an account through our links. You are never charged by us for access. Your relationship with any broker is governed by that broker's own terms.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in unlawful ways.
• Do not impersonate others, spam the community, or share others' personal data.
• Do not resell, redistribute or commercialise our signals or content without our written permission.
• Do not create multiple or fraudulent accounts to abuse free access or partner incentives.

We may suspend or remove access for any breach of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content, branding, signals and materials provided through the Service are owned by or licensed to Trident FX and are protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for your own non-commercial use only.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on and links to third parties (such as Telegram, Google and broker partners). We are not responsible for those services, their content or their availability, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trident FX is not liable for any trading losses, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us for the Service (which, for a free service, may be nil).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Trident FX against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

12. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time; the latest version will be posted here. We may suspend or end your access at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time, and can opt out of bot messages by sending /stop.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
